A Giraffe-Lover’s Dream Accommodation
Imagine waking up to the gentle gaze of giraffes just outside your window. At Longneck Manor, this dream becomes a reality with their luxurious accommodations. They offer two types of accommodations, the Giraffe Suite and the Manor Villas.
The Giraffe Suite, located inside the state-of-the-art giraffe barn, offers a spacious 1,200 square foot haven for up to four guests. Equipped with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and picture windows overlooking the giraffe stalls, it’s an experience that transcends typical stays.
For those seeking a broader view, the 4 Villas at Longneck Manor provide panoramic vistas of rolling hills, pastures, and African waterholes. Each villa promises a unique blend of luxury and wildlife immersion. The Twiga Villa and the Okapi Villa each offer a one-bedroom, one-bath, featuring a King bed and Queen pull-out sofa. Each villa provides accommodation for up to 4 guests. The Simba Villa and Kifaru Villa each offer two bedrooms, one featuring a King bed and the other, two Queens, as well as two full bathrooms. Each two-bedroom villa provides accommodation for up to 6 guests.

Longneck Manor isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a commitment to wildlife conservation. Partnering with ten respected organizations, the Manor supports proven conservation heroes working tirelessly to save animals globally. Your stay contributes to a tax-deductible conservation fund, making your escape not only delightful but also purposeful. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a guest liability waiver. For children under 18 years old, a legal guardian must sign the waiver.

Encounter Exclusive Giraffe and Rhino Adventures
The magic of Longneck Manor extends beyond your accommodation. Join a guided tour to meet their conservation ambassadors up close and personal. Limited to twenty people, this 75-minute experience offers unique encounters with giraffes and rhinos, complete with feeding opportunities and a behind-the-scenes look at the Manor’s indoor facilities. During the warmer months, it’s recommended to wear hats and bring water to stay hydrated, as most tours are conducted primarily outside.

The Giraffe Barn, a Texas-Sized Mansion
Longneck Manor introduces the Giraffe Barn, a 10,000 sq. ft. masterpiece dedicated to the comfort and care of their tall, spotted friends. This state-of-the-art structure, costing over a million dollars, provides not only a safe haven for giraffes but also an unforgettable experience for guests. The barn boasts non-skid floors, elevated water drinkers and feeders, natural lighting, and a restraint chute for medical treatments. Guests can safely interact with giraffes from an eight-foot-wide elevated catwalk, ensuring both humans and animals enjoy the encounter without any flying hooves.
Longneck Manor Reservation Details and Fine Print You Want to Know
A credit card is needed to secure your reservation. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you will be able to get a full refund, less the $300 deposit, only if you cancel two month prior to arrival. No changes to your booking can be made within 48 hours of your reservation.
Check-In time is 3 pm. Upon your arrival at Longneck Manor, park in Villa Parking and check in at the Karibu Welcome Center Reception for your door code. Everyday at 3:30 (weather permitting) guests can offer an end of day Toast to Our Tower and watch our Giraffe Parade as the animals shift inside. Main Gates close at 5 pm. If arriving after 5 pm, you will need to call 830-362-8752 to make late arrival arrangements.
Children under 12 are invited to join on their daily tours, however, due to safety protocols are not allowed overnight.
Pets are not allowed, due to the animal safety protocols, however legal service animals will be permitted.

How Much Does it Cost to Stay at Longneck Manor?
The Giraffe Suite is $1,600/night plus tax (except holidays – holidays are $1,800). The Twiga and Okapi Villas (4 guests each) are $1200 per night ($1,400 on Holidays). The Simba and Kifaru Villas (6 guests each) are $1,400 per night ($1,600 on Holidays)
